FloodHounds
FloodHounds are a Sheffield alt‑rock trio delivering fuzz‑driven riffs, sharp hooks and high‑energy live shows built to ignite festival crowds. Their lean three‑piece setup hits with desert‑rock grit and punk‑edged urgency.
The band have supported Kid Kapichi and recently opened for Skindred in April 2026, while also being shortlisted for 2026 festivals including Tramlines, Y‑Not and SXSW London. They’ve already built a strong festival presence with previous appearances at Y‑Not, Tramlines, Isle of Wight, Lakefest, Live at Leeds and Liverpool Sound City.
Recent singles One Horse Race and Black & Blue showcase a sharpened grit shaped by Noel Gallagher’s advice to “ramp up the attitude.” and BBC Introducing have championed the band with repeat airplay and “best of the year” features, while Far Out Magazine praised their “immensely catchy melodies and raucous guitar riffs.” With new singles scheduled across 2026 and shows planned nationwide and abroad, FloodHounds are heading into their busiest year yet, bringing gritty alt‑rock, melodic bite and a proven festival pedigree to every stage they hit.
